Our Process

We believe that clients should be apart of the process when creating a custom piece of jewelry. Brad makes it a point to make the process as collaborative as you wish. We start with the initial consultation where Brad gathers some information about you, who the piece is for, and what you are looking for. Next, he begins the design process. Your opinions matter the most in this step, so we encourage clients to bring in sketches, inspirational resources, and images of other pieces they like. Once Brad drafts up a sample design, he shows it to the client. If you are not 100% happy with something, he will rework the design until it exceeds your expectations.

Once you are satisfied with the design, wax carving and casting begins. Our expert team of jewelry designers do each of these processes in-shop. The wax casting is used to show clients a physical example of the piece will look like once fabricated. We then cast your custom piece if your choice of platinum, gold, silver, or metal. You also have the option to choose variations of each of these materials. 

The final steps of the design and creation process are fabrication and setting. Both of these are done by hand in our Crown Point jewelry shop, which ensures a high-quality piece of jewelry every time.
