We understand it can be intimidating to think about creating your own jewelry gift! That is why we have pinpointed a process to ensure that you are happy with your final piece of jewelry! We will start by talking to you in detail in order to understand what is behind the gift and what is your inspiration to create something special. Once we have determined an initial course of creation, we dive into the design and encourage you to join us by providing pictures, sketches or even another piece of jewelry. We will not move onto the next step unless you are happy with the direction that we are heading.

Next up, you will get a preview of your piece through a 3-D wax carving. We either create these by hand or with our machine. Our casting process will be done in your material of choice whether that is gold, silver, platinum or a combination of these. We fabricate your jewelry by hand in order to take our craftsmanship to the next level. The setting of your stone or stones is the final step of the process before we hand it off to you to mark your special occasion.

Our team members are also available for any maintenance, repairs and cleaning of your jewelry. Your jewelry is an investment that should be maintained through cleaning, inspection and needed repairs. Among our repair services are: replacing broken clasps, securing or retipping prongs that have worn down, replacing lost and damaged stones, soldering chains and rings, and repairing your watch. We can also help with a new ring size. When we clean your jewelry, We will also inspect your ring or other jewelry item carefully to see if there are any issues that may be beginning that need to be addressed.
