Our Design Process

When we begin working with new customers, we like to follow our tried-and-true design process. This process is designed to allow you as much or as little involvement as you’d like. Our process includes:

• Consultation: Meet with Brad and share all of your ideas for your custom piece. We want to know all the details so we can draft the perfect design for you!

• Design: Before we begin working on your piece, we always draft a design and get your approval. Let us know if you’d like any changes to be made before we move on to the next step!

• Carving: To ensure you love the physical version of your piece, we carve your design out of wax. This allows you a 3D look at what your finished piece will look like. 

• Casting: If you love the design after seeing it carved out, we move onto casting. Choose your metal, including gold, silver, platinum, or a combination of these metals for your price. 

• Fabrication: At Brad’s Designs & Jewelry, we hand-fabricate all of our pieces to ensure excellent craftsmanship. When you choose Brad’s, you know you’ll have a beautifully crafted piece made with love, 

• Setting: After your piece is fabricated, it’s time to add stones if you would like. Choose one that catches your eye and we will work on setting and finishing up your piece!
